ADMISSIONS AT SANSKRITI VIDYAPEETH, GONDIA

ADMISSIONS START FROM VASANT PANCHAMI (BASANT PANCHAMI) EVERY YEAR

Parents are requested to read about our school philosophy, management team, features and facilities offered, our Board affiliations, our learning pedagogy and all the Rules and Regulations before applying for admission/conversion to the next class of Sanskriti Vidyapeeth, Gondia. It will be considered that parents have read all rules and regulations if application for admission is received at Sanskriti Vidyapeeth, Gondia. These rules are applicable to all applicants and students studying in School.

About Admission

  1. Parent must introduce their ward to the principal or the concerned authority of the school before proceeding for the admission process.
  2. New admissions are granted strictly subject to availability of seats. First priority is given to sibling applications.
  3. Admissions shall be given on FCFG (First come, First Get) basis.
  4. Prior to admission, there must be a proper inter-discussion session between school representative and parent/guardian so that both can discuss and understand their expectations.
  5. No fee will be charged for admission. Instead, parent/guardian must devote minimum 1 hour daily or 1 day/week for betterment for country/society. The activities done during time devotion should be in close connection with School.
  6. Students coming from recognized schools will not be admitted without the original Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
  7. If students come from a recognized school outside the State they shall have their Leaving Certificate counter – signed by the Inspecting authority of that State. (Transfer Certificate)
  8. Pupils will be given admission only through proper procedure. No special reference or recommendation will be entertained or considered. Admission will not be granted if a parent is found to be influencing the admission process in any manner. Likewise, any kind of bribing/gratification to any individual for availing admission is not encouraged by the school.
  9. The school management reserves the right to reject applications received for admission without giving any reason whatsoever.
  10. Admissions will not be granted on a trial basis.
  11. The Age cutoff date for new admissions is 31st December (as applicable as per State Laws) of Previous academic year. The cut off age for corresponding Grades is as follows:
    Nursery – 3 years, Jr. KG – 4 years, Sr. KG – 5 years, Grade 1 – 6 years
    It is therefore essential that a self-attested Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate is submitted at the time of admission in support of the Declaration regarding Date of Birth.
  12. Parent/guardian must fully agree that time devotion will tangibly and intangibly benefit the overall personality of students.
  13. Parent/guardian need to give an undertaking for time devotion criteria mentioning following major points (but not limited to).
  14. Parent/guardian will act/discuss/behave humbly, politely & respectfully all the time (even during the situation of conflict in thoughts).
  15. Sanskriti Vidyapeeth has full right to make changes in schedule, terms & condition, rules etc. as and when required.
